Happy Halloween!
Isla may not show it in these pictures (constant devastated faces), but she loved her second ever Halloween and had a blast celebrating it with her family! She was an adorable sunflower while I was a scarecrow to match her. Yes, I'm "that" mom haha. I will forever match Halloween costumes with Isla... or at least for however long she lets me. Last year we went with a Starbucks theme. She was a Frappuccino, tutu and all, while I was a barista -which seemed very fitting with how much we frequent there for coffee and hot chocolate.
Also not shown, in true Isla fashion, she thought she was a dinosaur the whole night like her cousins. She growled and roared, while wearing her cute little sunflower outfit, at anybody who walked by haha. Letting her think she was also a dinosaur was the only way to keep her from ripping her flower hood off. But I still view it as a success haha. Now bring on all the Christmas music and movies!!! (I'm definitely a November first-er)
